Ring Resizing, Exchanges, Returns Refund Policy

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for something else on our website then please contact us first and return the item in its new condition within 14 days.
We will then arrange for the new item to be sent to you.

Ring Resizing
If a ring you ordered does not fit then please contact us first before sending it.

Please return the ring with a copy of the sales receipt and the new size you would like it to be altered to.

Rings that need to be altered up to 2 sizes up or 2 sizes down we will alter free of charge up to 1 month after purchasing them. There is a postage fee to cover the cost of return postage.

Rings that need to be altered over 2 sizes up or 2 sizes down we will alter at a charge up to 1 month after purchasing them.

For rings that need to altered over 1 month after purchasing them we are happy to do for a charge providing the ring will alter the number of sizes requested.

We are not bound to alter a ring size over 1 month after purchase if it is not suitable for altering.

Items sent to us will be charged for return postage.

If the ring has already been sent to us there will be a postal charge to return the ring even if no work has been done.

Do not write Jewellery, Jewellers or any other related words on the package to protect it from possible theft.

If damaged in the post you must notify us within 2 days of you receiving the goods & we must receive them back with the damaged packaging.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cumbrian Designs, Unit 22, Carlisle Enterprise Centre, James Street, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA2 5BB, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping any item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
