When I began creating jewellery, I knew I wanted to offer something truly different,
something raw, natural, and authentic.
That’s why my raw diamond engagement ring collection has become one of my favourites to design. Each stone I work with has its own unique character, meaning no two rings are ever the same. For couples who want something meaningful and distinctive, a raw diamond ring is a perfect choice.
What I love about using a rough diamond ring is the honesty of the material. Unlike traditional diamonds that are cut and polished to perfection, a raw diamond keeps its natural form, with shapes, textures, and sparkles that nature itself created.
This makes every piece truly one of a kind. My rough diamond engagement rings are designed for people who value individuality and authenticity, rather than convention.
Some customers come to me specifically looking for an uncut diamond ring or a piece with a raw uncut diamond, because they want something with a more organic feel.
I always explain that these stones hold a wild, natural beauty. They haven’t been altered to fit a standard, instead, they shine with their own earthy character. An unpolished diamond
tells a story of origin, untouched by heavy processing, yet still as precious
and lasting as any cut stone.
When I design a rough-cut diamond ring, I pair the natural stone with recycled gold or silver, often drawing inspiration from the Lake District’s rugged landscapes. The textures of the mountains, rivers, and rocks all influence the settings I create. My aim is always to
showcase the natural beauty of the diamonds raw, letting them remain the focal point.
Choosing raw diamonds for an engagement ring is also about symbolism. Just like love itself, they are strong, enduring, and full of unique imperfections that make them special. A polished stone may be flawless, but a raw one feels real — and for many couples, that truth resonates deeply.
For me, creating raw and uncut diamond
rings is about celebrating nature,i ndividuality, and authenticity. You won’t
just find a piece of jewellery; you’ll find a story captured in stone, a story as rare and beautiful as your own. That’s why I believe a raw diamond engagement ring is one of the most meaningful choices
you can make.
